House Rules

Max capacity which is 7 JUST for families with small children. No parties. Keep quiet after 10 pm and close the windows if you are playing games or talking in the living room. No Spring Breakers. No Bachelor/ Bachelorette parties. Must have at least one person over 25 within your group to be able to book. We have a Ring doorbell that records those entering the home and one in the patio downstairs. There are NO camera devices inside the home. We DO NOT accept reservations for more than 28 days in a row. Due to COVID-19 ONLY registered guest allow in the premises. If you use the patio downstairs amenities you are require to leave in the same conditions. Clean bbque grill, everything on the patio cover when you are done, and triple check if you turn off the gas for the bbque. Patio hours 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. Instant booking is ONLY for guests with 5 stars reviews from other hosts. If you have more than 5 adults ih your group, you MUST inquire first! No parties. No events. No bachelor/ bachelorette parties, no spring breakers. NO smoking anywhere in the building. Quiet time starts at 10 pm and MUST be respected by all guests. DO NOT be on the balconies after 10Pm if you are talking or listening to music. Close the windows if people are hanging out in the living room. Must have at least one person over 25 within your group to be able to book. We DO NOT accept reservations for more than 28 days in a row. ONLY registered guests are allowed in the premises. DO NOT hang towels or anything in the balconies as is against HOA RULES and subject to fines. Please take your shoes off while inside the condo.

The house is in the heart of Mission Beach that is a peninsula. Steps from the Bay 🏖 in one side and steps to the beach 🏝 in the other side. A lot of fun coffee places, restaurants, bars, beach rentals, and local markets around it like: Guava Beach, Miss B’s 🥥 Club, Better Buzz Coffee, Olive Cafe, Surfari Surfing 🏄‍♂️ School, Juice Waive, Cheap Beach Rentals and more! Walk to PB, Belmont Park and South Mission Beach.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole house, garage with laundry and patio. It is a detached single family home with a large patio steps from both the bay and the beach. The garage fits one full size car, SUV, or a Minivan. It is 16x 7 feet. If you have a very large truck WON'T fit. It is a 1.5 car garage since the second spot is short and will just fit a very compact car or a motorcycle.

If you are going to be around the beach in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach you can get around with bikes and scooters. Fun! :) Mission Beach is really close to the airport (15-20 min). We do not recommend a car if you are staying local. If you want to do some exploring we have a garage that fits one full size car plus one very compact/mini one. It fits an SUV. If you have a large Truck it won't fit.
