Absolutely perfect Mission Beach stay—we would book this again in a heartbeat.
The location is unbeatable—just steps to the beach and an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee spots, and everything Mission Beach has to offer. It made the whole trip feel effortless.
The home itself was spotless, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the space was well laid out, and it had all the essentials—and then some—for a relaxing, easy stay. If you’re traveling with family or a group, the setup works really well.
Justin was an exceptional host. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish, and he made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless.
Between the location, the quality of the home, and the great hosting, this place checks every box. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay, just as described. Short walk to beaches (Pacific and Mission Bay). Variety of restaurants within a short walk. Pay attention to Justin's description of length of car that garage can accommodate. We had Kia Seltos, length 14.4 feet, and had no problem. A much larger car will not fit. Highly recommend.

I can’t raving about my stay at Justin’s. The location is amazing with lots of great cafes and eatery’s within a few blocks. There is extremely close access to the bay and ocean. We were a stone’s throw away from the Women’s Center, where we had a beautiful wedding for my granddaughter.
In the house, we were able to find everything that we needed. I appreciate the variety of spices, all the appliances, and kitchen tools. The big kitchen island, the free bike rentals and the big screened smart TV in the living room, were all a hit. It was so thoughtful of Justin to enable us to be able to travel back home with clean clothes, because Justin provided everything needed to do the laundry. I definitely will revisit Justin’s house again.

The location was perfect. There was so much to see and do within a walkable distance, and having the beach just a block away made it very easy to get to with our young kids. The kids also really enjoyed having sand toys to play! The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We rented a Toyota Corolla that fit perfectly in the garage as well. For being on a busy street there was minimal noise, even on the weekends. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in San Diego was WONDERFUL and a lot of that has to do with our stay at this place.
The view. The location. The walk ability. They’re all exactly what u want when you’re exploring a new town.
I’m also a runner and it was lovely being able to walk out of the building and run up and down the boardwalk. I was able to get my training in, without having to think about routes.
The food was limitless. There were so many options, we ran out of time to try them all. (Our fav was World Famous on boardwalk.)
Definitely recommend this place and will def stay here again if (and when!) we’re ever looking to come back to Pacific Beach in the future!

Location is everything for this spot. So close to the beach, the bay, shops, coffee, shops, restaurants, bars, and corner stores! The beds were comfortable, and the patio was lovely! Loved having access to all of the free beach rentals and extra beach toys in the garage! The garage can only fit one car!

This place is amazing! To start, the location is unbeatable: right across the path from the beach. The amenities of the building were perfect with a sand shower for cleaning off sand next to the lobby and the hot tub is great for warming up after some time in the waves. There’s a “trash chute” and laundry right next to the front door of the condo! 2 blocks from a grocery store and shops/eateries everywhere! The condo itself was perfect: kitchen is on point with pretty much everything you need and otherwise cozy and spot to chillax. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again!

We absolutely loved Justin’s place. Plenty of space in the house and it was great having a bathroom for each bed room. The shower in the master bath was a hit for the grandkids-so big and spacious. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the bay and the ocean. Everything is walkable which was great for everyone, especially because parking can be an issue in the area! A big plus was having Belmont Park so close by. We went a few times as the grandkids were loving it. We would definitely stay here again!
