It is a one of a kind modern 1600 sq foot 3 bedroom, 3 bath, with ceramic tile and granite throughout. It has 2 gas fireplaces (one in the bedroom) and 3 decks with ocean peeks and great views of the bay with the sailboat masts extending your daydreams. There are 6 skylights and lighted ceiling fans in every room. Bedding: Master 1 - The "Sunrise Room" offers a walk-in shower in its private bathroom, a very comfortable CA King-sized bed and fireplace and private balcony. If you leave the curtains open you will wake up with the sun rising right in front of you! Master 2 - "The Sunset Room" - You can see the sunset from this room right in front of you and it has the largest private balcony in the house as well as a sky-lit private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is the Downstairs Bedroom and we call "The Celebrity Room" - Has a Queen sized bed and a lot of privacy. The couch in the living room turns into a queen-sized and can sleep 2 people as well. I also have an inflatable queen-sized mattress if you are traveling with family. Reminder - 3 bathrooms means no fighting, Why squeeze 6-10 people into a 2 bathroom place? Remember last summer.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is facilitated through a keypad. House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Parties or events are not permitted. Additional Guidelines: Instant booking is exclusively for guests with 5-star reviews or recommendations from previous hosts. For groups with more than 6 adults, please inquire before booking. The maximum capacity is 7-8 and is primarily intended for families with small children. Maintain a quiet atmosphere after 10:00 PM, and if you're playing games or conversing in the living room, please just close the balcony doors. We do not accommodate Spring Breakers or Bachelor/Bachelorette parties. At least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to make a reservation. We have Ring doorbell cameras for security purposes, one at the entrance and another on the downstairs patio. No cameras are present inside the home. Reservations exceeding 28 consecutive days are not accepted. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Patio Usage Guidelines: If you use the patio amenities downstairs, please leave them in the same condition as you found them. After use, clean the BBQ grill, ensure everything on the patio is properly covered, and triple-check to turn off the gas for the fire pit or BBQ. Patio hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please be responsible when using our equipment. Garage Access: You are welcome to use the provided bikes, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and coolers. Please refrain from using the owners' paddle boards and surfboards, as well as the company tent. Thermite Swarm Advisory: Note that San Diego experiences a rare and random termite swarm during the hotter months of the year. This is a local issue specific to San Diego, and we recommend researching it for more information. It is an easy fix. Please be aware that refunds are not provided in the event of a termite swarm. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines and hope you enjoy your stay.

The world famous Beach Comber and Pennant bars are a 2 minute walk away and the beach and bay are even closer. It's a peninsula. You can't get further from the sand than 100 yards. There is no need to ever put on your shoes! You can see the famous Mission Beach Sunset every day and sometimes the famous Green Flash! Draft, Cannonball, and Sandbar all boast amazing food/drink/views just a 5 minute walk away in Belmont Park.
